London Honey - 340g / 12oz

From the beehive, through a fine mesh cloth and into the jar - never heated, never treated, delicious when eated!

Our honey comes from hives we keep in the gardens of bee-loving people in the leafy suburbs of S.W. London.

In late August, we collect only the honey surplus, leaving plenty to last the bees through winter. After all, they made it!

Because we harvest just once a year, every drop contains the nectar (and a dusting of pollen) from thousands of different wildflowers & blossoms that bloom from early spring to late summer,

We think this gives our honey a rather wonderful, complex & delicate flavour.
